We were both passionate about hospitality from a young age. As a child, Roland watched in awe as the waiter turned his tray on his finger and placed the selected dish in front of him like a work of art. And Barbara was infected by hospitality after the first coffee she served.
After a lot of learning, experience, great adventures and many years, we were given the opportunity of a lifetime. With all our experience and knowledge, we threw ourselves into the Hotel Römerstein project with great motivation and are now looking forward to welcoming our dear future guests.
